The short version
This site collects one thing: an email address, and only if you type it into the toolkit form. It is used to send you the toolkit and occasional emails about new books. It is never sold or traded. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Who runs this site
This site is operated by the publisher of the Andrew Stinson books. Andrew Stinson is a pen name. For any privacy request, contact: hello@andrew-stinson.com.
What is collected
- Email address — only when you submit the toolkit form, so the toolkit and future book announcements can be sent to you.
- Basic analytics — if analytics are enabled, aggregate page views and referrers. No attempt is made to identify individual visitors.
- Server logs — the hosting provider may retain standard request logs, including IP address, for security and reliability.
No account is required, no payment information is handled on this site, and no sensitive personal information is requested.
Email service provider
Email addresses are stored and sent through MailerLite, which processes the data on our behalf under its own privacy terms. Emails may record whether a message was opened or a link clicked, so that irrelevant mail can be reduced.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad trackers. Your chosen Amazon marketplace may be stored in your browser so the correct store opens next time. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Links to Amazon
Book links lead to Amazon, which has its own privacy policy and its own cookies. Once you leave this site, Amazon's terms apply. These are ordinary links to the books, not affiliate links.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. You can also email hello@andrew-stinson.com to ask what is stored about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Requests are honoured — including for readers in the UK, EU, and Canada — and you do not need to give a reason.
Children
These books are written for adults at work. The site is not directed at children, and email addresses are not knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
