Screen-time calculator

Make room in your evening. See what a small reduction in scrolling adds up to over a week or a year. Choose your own minutes and days.

Your starting point

Use whole numbers. Estimate only the time you want to change, not essential screen use.

How the estimate works

Weekly minutes = minutes per day × days per week. The annual estimate uses 52 weeks (364 days). Hours = minutes ÷ 60. This is a planning illustration, not a forecast of time you will actually save.

Example: 20 minutes on 5 days gives 100 minutes each week—1 hour and 40 minutes—or about 86.7 hours over 52 weeks. Nothing here measures your device or assumes that screen use is bad.
